So I'm still at 135. Managed to push myself to workout today, though. NEED to do better at watching what I eat. I sort of let go yesterday. :(

**TODAY'S WORKOUT**
Jillian Michaels "Banish Fat Boost Metabolism" (28min. out of 45 this time. Still needed little breaks in between. Stamina is nowhere near what I'd like it to be.)
TOTAL STEPS: over 7,558

**TODAY'S MEALS**
BREAKFAST: Shake (Instant hazelnut coffee + coconut extract + unsweetened cocoa powder + plain instant coffee granules + 1/4 c. almond milk + water + ice)
LUNCH:
DINNER:
61.2 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 3.2 kg a Week
