Staying the same weight is much better than gaining a few kg so that's a good side view it from :) Weight alone is not a true indication of your results. Ask yourself what your goal is. If it is to fit into a certain size then consider if your bone structure will allow u to do it. If your want to reach a certain weight, ask yourself if you have that excess weight to lose or is it actually weight of your bones, muscles, organs, water. Don't let weight demotivate you. Two people can be the same weight but one can be thin and the other can be obese. What aspect of the fasting is making you struggle?

Thanks Big Boy... just needed to be reminded about its not about what the scale says. The past two weeks has been difficult to keep to my fasting days.... i just feel like eating so i went over 500 calories and didnt actually eat healthy.. I hope that it will blow over soon so that i can just keep to my fasting days again..

Perhaps try avoiding food for as long as possible on your fast day. Lots of people find that if they eat breakfast then they get hungry during the day whereas others who just drink coffee, green tea or water during the day and only eat after 3pm can manage it easier. Some choose to have 2 meals after 3pm and some choose to have 1 big meal for supper to make up 500 calories. Some also use an appetite suppressant to assist them. Give yourself time to find your way :)

BBO is right, dnt let weight alone demotivate you...also if u struggling with cravings on fast days try drinking lemon water, it helps with suppressing the appetite :) Goodluck for the rest of the week :)

Remember that weight cannot be lost when going to gym as you are building muscle, so don't be demotivated that you haven't lost anything. Everything happens in time. Just stick to eating healthy and going to the gym. You'll see the difference soon :) xx

Just a suggestion, do more cardio at gym and you will then definitely lose the kilo's before December. Also get on to the stepper as that burns a lot of calories. If you really push it on stepper on the heart rate program you loose over 700 calories in 20min. I do stepper and treadmill together Mondays & Wednesdays. Tuesday & Thursday only stepper and training with trainer. I find that this way it really helps me, and I have an underactive thyroid and am battling to lose weight, this is why I follow the weigh-less Insulin resistant eating plan and with the exercise and all it has really helped for my weight loss. I have lost 10.4kg since July which is not all that bad for someone with under active thyroid. Holding thumbs for you

Thanks Gyming, i do the step and tone class tuesdays for 90min, wednesdays i do bike and treadmill and arms, thursdays step and tone class for 60 min. i really like the classes....i dont get that bored easily from them. Insulin resistant eating...do you cut down all sugar?

I have not even given the sugar part a thought as I have not taken sugar in my tea or coffee for many years, but I would say you do as Insulin Resistant is also for diabetic's and then you do have to cut down. I still have a sweet treat now and then
