Increase this morning, so what happened yesterday? Well, 2 light beers after work (96 Cal/each), my wife made me a delicious dinner (including risotto, some cheese and oil in there and I’m sure salty), then two Ghirardelli squares. So yeah, not exactly the best end to the day. But, assuming the salt had the biggest impact, I’m hoping it’s mostly water weight.
Proud that yesterday morning I ran despite waking up almost 30 mins late (a good excuse not to exercise). Today stretches and some weights- but most importantly 🤞🏻smart food choices!
