11gr galleta arroz marca lider (Para humedecer la galleta) 30ml agua 1gr cafe 3gr azucar (Relleno) 55gr yogurt protein arandano (Decoracion) Pizca canela (Preparacion) Moler galleta arroz y luego capa a capa ponerle (cafe+agua+azucar) y luego el yogurt hasta que en la ultima capa quede el yogurt y ponerle decoracion canela, sabe super rico
