Oh My.... I am going to have to look at my Splenda granules again! I could have sworn it said 0 carbs but when I entered in my homemade low-carb eggnog it is definitely not coming out as zero carb. I feel like I unknowingly sabotaged myself.

i think the splenda granules contain something to prevent clumping that registers as a carb. i switched to a liquid sweetener to avoid this.
