When I *think* I'm going to break into the 120s, I always end up failing. So close, and yet, so far. It's frustrating and annoying, to say the least. It feels like I'm NEVER going to get to my goal weight!

**TODAY'S WORKOUT**
1) Weights (12lb. light weights)
-2x17 squatting overhead press
-1x27 lunges (ea/side)
-2x15 standing rows
2) Jillian Michaels "Banish Fat Boost Metabolism" (30 out of 45 minutes)
59.0 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 1.6 kg a Week
