Slept well. Up at 8:am. Bs 110. Med's taken with h2o. Went to Y and did 1hr on nu stepper and then went shopping. Spoke to Judy and Angie and Harry came by, and gave her my little turkey breast. Will talk to Eloise later and see how she did today.
