I feel like I am sticking to the diet but my weight isn't going down... feeling low motivation because of it. feels like an easy day to make excuses and that is the only reason I am typing this out. To make myself see it and admit it.

hang in there. I have felt the same way for weeks. finally the scale started moving. Good things come to those who wait. I know you've heard this before but you didn't gain it in a day and you are not going to lose it in a day.

your shrinking don't worry,, maybe not on the scale but your cloths are getting bigger .

Be patient, Track & tweak. Sometimes it's a reaction to certain foods that cause internal inflammation. Dairy, nuts, processed foods are often the culprit. Notice what you eat and find what makes you fluctuate greatly. You're doing great!
