I was right about bloat weight starting at beginning of month. Also craving for carbs and extra food during menses. But I also do a lot of walking during so toning and gaining muscle especially legs. Even my shoe size is down. Will record weight after the 20th of month and not freak when not losing weight first 2 weeks of month. Today I walked both dogs and realized it wasn't the big dog causing me grief but the pup that needs more discipline. Much better now.
