Hi Mark
It's Sea bream. I seasoned it, added scotch bonnets, peppers and onions. Wrapped it in foil then in the oven for 30mins xx

Thanks for that, I'll have to see if I can get hold of some or maybe sea bass, and I'll go easy on the scotch bonnet 😀
