Yestarday I was pretty good
did 25 min on stairstepper lvl 9
300 situps machine
back machine 20
65 min total

Breakfast.
leftover chyanne peper cauliflower
2 cups coffee mocha mix, sf choco syrup

snack
2 c green,purple-blueberry tasting tea
veggies w bit of ranch

Lunch
1c lental soup
2cups green,puple-blueberry tasting tea
more veggies

Dinner
round steak w mushrooms, onions, jalapenios
over a small bit of brown rice
tablespoon corn.

that is awesome that you did the stairstepper! i did it once a long time ago and it was so hard for me. maybe i will try it again. keep up the good work!

Thank you, you are right it is one of the most challenging machines at the gym and it is hard. You should try it again, mix it up that is what keeps it interesting
