Breakfast:
veggie omlet
1 slice grilled ham
Snack:
SB oatmeal chocolate chip cookies
1 cup skim milk
Lunch:
4 turkey rolls w/ onions & peppers
broccoli
1 tbsp ceaser dressing
Snack:
pear
15 cashews
Dinner:
crab legs
green beans
1/2 cup sugar free fat free pudding

today was my day off from the gym so i am super tired. i had to move sand bags again today and i got all dirty but it was a great arm workout. i just want to go home and go to sleep.........
