@si 75 gapake tdee hehe, buat maintenance aku assume 1800 aja, awalnya coba defisit 400, seminggu pertama makan di 1400, tp turunnya aga kecepetan jd aku tambahin jdi 1450-1500 pas minggu keduanya, so far ditambah cardio rate penurunannya oke sih 2 minggu 1.8 kg:)
