Weighed in at home, did not go to Jenny Craig. Will be back there next week to weigh in. This past Mon - today (Thanksgiving Day) worked out with waking DVDs to get steps in. Mon - Wed got over my 10,500 steps each day and today got over 8,000 steps. Had big lunch around 12:45 and weighed at 4:20. Hopefully can keep up with the activity (this week was off for Thanksgiving break) and eating more salads, fruit, protein, and drink more water to lose weight.
