I just about did it. I’m under 100kg just in time for our departure for holiday tomorrow to Thailand. When I get back time to focus on the remaining 15kg to lose 💪🏻
99.9 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 19.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
