لا يا كريم دا مكمل واي بروتين عادي لو مش بتكمل احتياجك من الاكل بتستخدمه وملوش علاقه بالوزن ولا التضخيم .. التضخيم والتنشيف سعرات ملهاش علاقه بالمكملات فالعموم
