i haven't been active on posting like I'd hoped. still logging my meals the best i can. I plan to do a weigh-in this week. I might have lost weight or maybe not. I don't feel or look smaller. my clothes doesn't feel any different either. although I do feel more confident most days. I've had a few slip ups. anyway, I need to start walking or doing some exercise. does anyone have any ideas for morning or evening stretches?
