It looks like slim fast may not be the diet for me. Did good the first week, but now it just seems like i gain a few ounces then i lose a few ounce but really nothing significant. So I've decided to go back to atkins for a bit. Probably going confuse my body but since it's the end of the month and milk is scarce figure as long as i'm doing something it should be ok. Guess we'll see what kind of results develop over the next few weeks.

Well just my two cents, but after glancing at your diet calendar (if that's 100% accurate) my first thoughts are you are not getting enough calories and your body has gone into starvation survival mode and is storing fat instead of burning it. You might try staying closer to the 1200 calorie level. Personally I force myself to only weigh in once a week first thing in the morning. There are to many day to fluctuations for me to weigh in every day. So, let us know what works for you and Godspeed. Ron

Thanks for your feedback. My diet calendar was correct, and you know I never thought about it in the way that I was wasnt getting enough calories. The SCALE is sometimes my worst enemy. A few weeks ago I was part of a challenge that required us to weigh in everyday. That has ended and I actually told my husband this past Sunday after church that I was going to take the enemy out of the bathroom and not weigh myself for a week. I did not even last an entire 24 hr period. Oh well, guess I'll try again next week right...God Bless.....
