Breakfast:
veggie omlet
1 slice grilled ham
Lunch:
SB vanilla meal replacement bar
Snack:
pear
beef jerky
Dinner:
beef curry
2 thin slices turkey
cauliflour
1/2 cup SF/FF pudding

had a great day today! indian food is so good! i never tried it until i came here but it is delicious.
