have weighed myself and the damage I've done is worst than expected 😭 but at least this means the only way forwards is down now! determined to change and get healthy again 💪 2 runs done already this week. second I ran 2k without stopping, 2 yoga workouts and 2 YouTube dumbell workouts

😝 glad you have started it can be a fantastic feeling afterwards and a real motivator. I used to love running but don’t so much now 😂

Adpresso I do love it....probably for the first 5 mins snd then after about an hour aftwards once I've recovered 😂 feeling motivated though!
