Hi have not lost weight in about 45 days….but very importantly, I have. It gained weight.

I would still like to lose 10 pounds. But I am 20 pounds less than I was 16 months ago. I have slowly and steadily lost weight. And have have not put any back on during off times

Slow and steady is totally fine in my book! seems like t's a sustainable way to go for most (average) people.
