騎萬眾騎(96公里)、日月潭環湖自行車(35公里)、跑半馬(21-23公里),我都是800ml,加2/3匙-1匙的鹽巴,因為我超會流汗的!另外還會多加一瓶「加鹽沙士」~平日工作的我,鹽分都嚴重不足😭,所以有特殊活動時,會多加一點。
