I've been on carnivore for a week. Lost 3 lbs. The nice thing about carnivore is that I don't feel hungry. Every four days, I enjoy a plate of stir-fried julliened cabbage with crayfish etouffe, or some other topping.
89.4 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 28.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
