so this week finished in 3 x hiit home workouts (2 with dumbells), 3 x yoga sessions, 1 x swim and 1 x run. I'm disappointed at only getting one run in but I have also volunteered doing gardening at a local community garden today with one of the kids and took them all swimming this afternoon so although not 'actively' exercising there was plenty of activity! I've also definitely increased my step counts each day which is really good. Meal Plan went well and focusing on making sure the whole family is eating better, including less processed and more vegan/vegetarian evening meals. It's certainly trial and error finding meals everyone will eat though! Next week aiming for 2 to 3 high cardio sessions (ideally 2x runs and 1 x swim), continuing with actively getting steps in each day and continuing with the meal Plan. I'm not sure I've lost much weight yet but feeling better mentally and physically 🙂
