so far this week I have done 1x long walk, 1 x swim session, 1 x run, 2 x dumbell hiit workouts at home and have managed to start every day with 15 mins of yoga. Eating better in terms of home cooked, less processed foods and increasing veg. doing well with increased water too 😊
