Frustrating seeing the scale go up today, I have been eating under 1000 calories for weeks now, having cut carbs down below 40 most days, and the scale is barely moving. So much for do keto for 4 weeks lose 30 lbs like my friends all seem to have done! UGH! Anyhow slow and sure will be my continued plan, and probably I will increase my intake now bc this is ridiculous.
