I'm getting ready to move away from a six year relationship. We split housing this weekend. I worry that this will disprupt my eating patterns, which have been pretty good lately. I don't want to lose the little bit of health I've gained of late, but I tend to eat too much on weekends and evenings when I'm alone. It's going to take incredible will power. This is a sad and frustrating chapter in my life... but I do know that things will improve.
