so this week I've done 5 x hiit sessions as part of my hiit a day in May challenge which I'm chuffed with, one long walk but no run ☹️ although I ran around with the youngest for 45 minutes this morning at football training and did an hour in the garden so not been static but know I can do better. food wise choices been OK but again can do better. Water started to slip too so aim to definitely do better with that next week as well Still no vaping though which is definitely my greatest achievement 🙂
