Weight yesterday at gym was 117.6. Feeling great today. I had a great run this morning and now I'm ready for the day. I really believe my consistent exercise and good eating has kept me healthy while everyone around me is sick. Walked after work and ate a big dinner. I was sore but feel much better after my walk.
