I’m only 22 lbs away from my goal.
Who am I going to be 5 years from now? The guy that hit my goal or the guy that was only 22 lbs away and threw it in the trash.

I know who I want to be.

No more b.s.

Things I don’t do anymore:
1. Eat for fun
2. Eat because I’m bored

The list will get bigger.
