so this week have mostly eaten OK (except for Friday where film night in with the kids blew my daily allowance) steps target reached everyday and have managed 7 days of hiit. Still no run but have played both basketball and tennis with one of the kids today and did our monthly community garden volunteering too. water in take not too shabby either but can still do better!
