Yesterday I was at 200.6, today at 201. I'm blaming the huge hotdog I had for dinner at the football game yesterday. My calories were around 1200 for the day, I estimate, but I'm assuming that hotdog held a huge amount of sodium. So, today I drink as much water as I possibly can...try to bring it back down. Was really hoping to be at 200 or under by Tuesday (and would be nice if it happened by tomorrow, since that's my official weighin for the week).

Damn hot dog!!! Do what you can ... don't stress too much about it ... You might still make under 200 by tomorrow. Scales are funny things!!! Take care my friend!!

Thanks madaboutmoose. I'm sure it must be all the sodium that's to blame. The hotdog bun was normal, I'd guess 120 calories. The hotdog itself was enormous...but I'd still guess 250 as a very high end estimate for calories. I had nothing else not in my usual diet yesterday, calories were 1205 on my spreadsheet. Sodium, ugh. I was also low on fruit/veggies yesterday because of the game, so I'm going higher on those than usual today, cutting out some of my more carb/protein oriented snacks in order to up the ruffage/fiber. See if I can turn this train around by tomorrow. lol Had oatmeal for breakfast, and have tilapia in the dinner plan. We shall see. If all else fails, I can record my after-workout weight, I am certain that one will be under 200 lbs. lol
