Cyndy - On the website, got to the page where you enter your food. On the bottom right is link that reads "Set your Recommended Daily Intake" it is just beneath the pie cart. On an Android phone, go to the main menu (3 bars top left of screen), go to settings (bottom of menu), then RDI (towards the bottom). I know nothing about apple
