Well I gained a pound but I'm not exactly sure how. Kept my carbs under 20 and somehow still managed to gain. The bright side is I put on a pair of jeans that I havent worn in about a month or so.

Hope this helps a bit. You should be getting 12-15 net carbs a day from veggies. You aren't near that. If you are still on inductions no nuts or yogurt. And finally you aren't getting nearly enough calories. 1500-1800 is recommended for women.
