Indomie ala-alaa. Total kalori 350an. Fokus tetep di protein. Semangat sehat semuaa!!!

ini tetep pakai bumbu indomie atau gimana kak? aku soalnya mau diet cuman aku suka bgt makan indomie 😭

@ega.arma2 iya kak ini tetap pakai bumbu indomie, cuma mie nya diganti pake enoki per 100 gr kalorinya dibawah 50kkal, terus fokus di tambahin protein. Kenyang sampai siangg
