today i am stuggling with energy. i did get my work outs in and i was doing good til the family chose McDonald's for our family game night. i know i could of had a salad but i chose fried foods. ill get back on track tomorrow

Next time, order two grilled chicken sandwiches, toss the buns and eat only the chicken, lettuce & tomato, with a little mayo. It's still too much sodium, but it's better than other choices. And drink ice water or seltzer with lemon -- no sweet tea.

i have been putting lemon or other fresh fruit in my water for flavor
