I’ve read that you tend to eat less during warmer weathers, I definitely feel like I’ve been able to adhere to my diet and drink more water, the suns been shining this past week and the scale has reflected this
89.6 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
