I don’t usually weigh once a week because I get too discouraged when I see a gain. I rarely eat more than I should, but will still show a gain! It is so frustrating!
I track everything I eat. I am a diabetic and I am having a terrible time keeping my Glucose readings in range. I have been going to a diabetes clinic for about 4 months now, hoping to get it under control.
