Tahu panggang dgn sedikit banget minyak hanya utk spy tdk lengket dan angkat sisi sebelah kalau sdh kecoklatan tiriskan, kemudian tumis bawang putih, bawang merah, bawang bombay, sedikit cabe iris. Setelah harum masukkan sedikit air, masukkan garam, kaldu jamur, lada, 1sdt kecap manis, saos tiram, kasi mendidih. Lalu masukkan telur mata sapi dan tahu, koreksi rasa, matikan api dan tambahkan 1sdt minyak wijen. Selesaiiii
