Feeling much better today still congested but I can breath for the most part. Thank you Mucinex DM lol. I was able to get my workouts done yesterday, I'm sure it was a sight with me stopping every 10 minutes to blow my nose, I was using the heart rate handles on my elliptical to hold a roll of toilet paper. =)
