well yeah back to it let myself last 6 months unfortunately but now starting new you plan for 12 weeks
107 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 37 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes am on a new plan I am following the blood type diet it’s eating according your blood type for me it’s eliminating red meat from my diet white meat fish and plant based protein lots of salads slow & steady weight loss without the stress of dieting and food restriction but I do fast 26h
