Just back from a 2h run. I am really happy that my knees no longer give me trouble or that my calf too has stopped hurting while running.
What I'm a bit surprised though is that my weight makes that big of swings within a two week period.
From 190 down to 180 and then back up to 186 and today at 182. Although it does not feel like I wasted 2 weeks ... it certainly looks that way.
