Stayed the same (half off at WW) I've been trying to stick mainly to an 8hr window of eating, but I haven't just gone mad with what I've eaten in those 8 hrs! So I'm a bit disappointed with this week's result altho I did go over my calories a few times this week, and even over my cals expended which I try and avoid usually, so I suppose it's not too bad, and maybe next week will be a better showing. It was my daughter's 18th so we did eat out for that and I have had various other treats too that I haven't worried overmuch about!
61.0 kg Lost so far: 20.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
