Signed up for an informal contest at bodybuilding.com - seeing who can bulk most effectively by December (there's also a bracket for people losing fat). Should be fun - and motivational, hopefully.

I took a progress photo yesterday and compared it to a month ago, before I started overeating. Interesting to see the small differences that 10 pounds in (what I assume is) water weight makes. I could post it here, if anyone wants to go blind...
