You must have strong bones to have held up so well while you were banged up so much.

I've been thinking about you... wondering how you were with the accident. that is so scary. I've seen someone get hit before. I was the first responder on scene. luckily that man was ok too. I remember calling his wife.... so sad. you keep getting better. get checked out by a dr again. cabbage and bacon sounds delicious

I must admit i am a tough old bird. people that seen me get hit said i went flying 6 ft in the air...i only remember getting hit and then landing on my back...the in between no memory...i remember my head bounce very hard on the road way...my first thought was wow no pain at all. i will be buying a new helmet...that makes a believer out of me. still black and blue all over my chest.very sore. may be next week will start to exercise again...for now moving like a turtle. i may add i have never in my life had a broken bone...knocking on wood.

Thanks for all your great comments...I'm not leaving the FS at all...Maybe I got my head on correct now...after a hit like I just had some one gave me some good advice to check out dietdoctor.com web page. I must tell you I am so excited about things I am learning there....Much to read so will take a few days with it......It is like fine tuning (super charging) my own diet. I feel so Invincible Now. and all my buddies make this so much more easier also.
