Feeling heaps better since last entry. No more pain, minus a headache (but some sleep will soon put me to rights). My diet wasn't perfect today but much better. I am consuming more fruit drinking more water and tea, and eat a lot less dairy and meat; which is my goal to cut out entirely someday.
It is late, I need to head to bed, will reply to everyone tomorrow, er - later today, however I want to thank everyone for the support they showed my last weigh in and entry. The feed back and encouragement was most kind.
