I couldn't understand why my progress bar isn't advancing since I've lost 8 lbs since I started 2 1/2 weeks ago. I finally realized that it won't until I get back to my start weight from 2 years ago. Seven more lbs to lose until I get there. Brings home just how big a mistake regaining is!
