Today i did my first exercise....walking....yes my legs are still functional but the upper torso is still very sore...and very black and blue......cant Ride my bicycle for maybe 3 or 4 weeks more....I do miss that....if exercise is fun it is not a burden to do and I always tell people i am allergic to real exercise...it always makes me tired. Today i walked for 1 1/2 hours @ 2mph. I know it was not very fast but like a baby starting to make first steps was the beginning. Additional note is I must be in Kito now. Weight loss each day now showing up on the scale. it's small but i will take what ever i can get.
