Wow, I've just been tracking myself gaining more and more weight. I'm now closer to my highest weight than I am to my lowest weight since using this app.

Once again, I have no excuses. I've been eating nothing, but junk food...crisps, ice cream, chocolate, microwavable dinners, take aways, etc.

For the 50th time (or whatever), I'm doing this again. Losing, gaining, losing, gaining...

Once again, I'll declare to never do this again. This will be the time that I lose weight and won't gain it back again!

This time, it will stick. 🙏
124.2 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 63.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week
