I skipped B fast and just finished Lunch. 3 slices of pizza. Only 450 cals and carbs at 5 grams....fat at 30 grams. This is only the beginning supper will be fatty roast pork. oh i know that makes you hungry. I am still your buddy though. since learning that fat kills belly fat I just can not get enough of it......Will weigh in tomorrow for my challenges.
